We can get started in no time at all. Here’s how we work…
Step 1 - Book a site visit
Your first step is to contact us to book an initial consultation. This can be an on-site visit or a video call of some kind to discuss your requirements. We will discuss layout options, suitable species and the right number of plants for your feature wall idea.
Step 2 - Proposal, delivery and installation
After reviewing your site and assessing your specific needs, our design team will put together a proposal that outlines the number of plants and fixtures needed, a recommended maintenance schedule and an associated cost breakdown. When you are happy to go ahead, we will arrange delivery and installation as soon as possible - planting around your workspace with minimal disruption to you and your business.
Step 3 - Maintenance
With your new green wall/s installed and looking fantastic, we now need to keep them that way. Our plant technicians will regularly attend your site to ensure they are maintained and healthy. Should plants in the wall suffer a natural failure or outgrow a position, we will replace them for free.
