As soon as your plant displays have been installed, and the maintenance contract agreed, we will assign you a plant technician. We like to ensure you have the same technician every time so they become familiar with the plants and your offices.

How often does a technician come, and what do they do?

After install, your technician will visit every 2-3 weeks depending on your plant displays. On his visit, he will water, feed, clean and trim your plants, and treat and plant pests should they appear. He will also ensure that any failing plants are replaced on his next visit with no additional cost or hassle to yourselves.

What about watering the plants in the weeks in between?

The good news is, that the plants will survive and look their best if they are only watered and maintained every 2-3 weeks when our technician comes in. So there is no need for you to water them in between visits.
