When using our service, you are required to sign our rental contract, which is a fixed contract for an agreed length of time. Most commonly this is a 36 month agreement, however we can negotiate other contract lengths to suit your requirements.

How is the Rental & Maintenance Price Calculated

The cost of the planters and plants are divided up over the contract length to calculate a monthly rental price. Included within this price is the cost of the maintenance visits which are carried every 2-3 weeks. You can find out what’s included in this maintenance here. This is very beneficial for our clients as it is only a small monthly fee over against paying the total cost upfront. It is all-inclusive and has no further hidden costs.

The length of the contract can vary - we recommend a 36 month contract (3 years) to keep the pricing and contract length moderate, but also offer 12 or 24 month contracts. However, the shorter duration the contract is fixed for, the higher the monthly costs will be.

Is it possible to cancel a Contract?

Yes, a contract can be cancelled at any time if it is due to poor performance from PlantCare, as set out in the terms of the contract. However, if the contract is being ended early for convenience’ sake, the client will have to pay the rest of the contract value.
